Product selection
Review the selected model, version, zipper compatibility and installation instructions before ordering. Images may show both S5 and S7 mechanisms.
Pricing and checkout
The price, currency, delivery charges and order total displayed during checkout apply to your order. Payment is processed through Airwallex.
Product use
Install and test the lock with the bag open. A zipper lock helps control access to a zipper; it does not prevent every form of theft or damage to a bag.
Account and emergency access
Keep account credentials and emergency codes private. A successful emergency unlock resets saved fingerprints and the emergency code. Recharge the lock when required.
Order support
Keep your order confirmation. Refer to shipping, returns and privacy information for the relevant service, without limiting rights that apply under local law.
